Develop reports, proposals and content while preserving the brief and human judgement.
Test sources, omissions, contradictions and suitability before an output moves forward.
Set data boundaries, ownership, sign-off and reusable resources the team can maintain.

Start with the tasks and accounts your organisation actually uses. A focused tool workshop and a broader AI introduction solve different learning needs.
01
For teams working on research, files, analysis and repeatable drafting, agree exercises around those tasks and the review each output needs.
02
For document-heavy teams, practise comparison, evidence extraction and reusable instructions with approved material.
03
When the team uses several tools, start with prompting, data boundaries, quality checking and a common approach to choosing tasks.
