AI consultancy for marketing and growth

Choose the marketing work AI should do, then make it work

Indexify combines marketing, search and implementation experience to help your team choose a useful first AI workflow. We define the sources, checks and owner, then connect the recommendation to a scoped build and measurable review.

Worked example

Illustrative pilot: from source notes to a reviewed campaign brief

This sample shows the scope of a marketing pilot. It is not a claim of measured client savings.

  1. 01

    Agree the source pack

Use approved audience research, product facts, brand guidance and the campaign objective. Identify anything that cannot be shared with the selected tool.

  2. 02

    Prepare a checked draft

Produce a structured brief with links to its evidence. Flag unanswered questions and keep unsupported claims out of the draft.

  3. 03

    Review the whole handover

Have the campaign owner check accuracy and completeness. Compare preparation and correction effort with the current process before extending the pilot.

A useful result is a brief the next person can act on, with its assumptions visible and its sources checked.

A controlled route from need to useful adoption

The work starts with a specific need, moves through clear boundaries and practical testing, and only scales when the evidence supports it. 01 Need 02 Boundary 03 Test 04 Adopt evidence review

Scope

What the work covers

The scope follows your organisation and the problem you need to solve. These are the areas the work usually covers.

01

Find the marketing work worth improving

Review content, research, reporting and campaign handovers. Separate a useful AI opportunity from a process problem, missing measurement or unnecessary tool.

02

Design content and research workflows

Define approved source material, briefs, factual checks and editorial review. Agree where AI can prepare a draft and where a person makes the final decision.

03

Connect reporting to decisions

Map definitions, sources and review steps before automating commentary. Make missing data visible and retain a traceable route from a claim to its source.

04

Improve campaign handovers

Make asset requests, approval and release responsibilities explicit. Automate stable rules while keeping publishing and spending within agreed approval boundaries.

05

Connect AI work to search visibility

Check whether service pages answer buyer questions and provide evidence that search engines and assistants can use. Treat ranking, citations and enquiries as separate measures.

06

Pilot with the people doing the work

Test one opportunity with real operators, measure correction effort and hand over the process. Expand only when the evidence supports it.

How the engagement works

  1. 1

    Review the work

Follow representative tasks, tools and handovers. Record time, delay, corrections and missing information.

  2. 2

    Prioritise opportunities

Compare likely value, data readiness, review effort and risk. Choose a small scope with a meaningful result.

  3. 3

    Pilot and check

Define the workflow and test the full journey with approved inputs. Compare the result with the current method.

  4. 4

    Handover and decide

Document the method and train the owner. Decide what to maintain, change or stop.

Questions buyers ask

What does an AI marketing consultant do?

An AI marketing consultant helps a team decide where AI is useful, designs the workflow and controls, and connects a scoped pilot to the people and systems doing the work. The work can cover research, content, reporting and campaign operations.

Is this an AI marketing agency retainer?

The initial engagement is consultancy and a defined pilot, rather than an automatic commitment to ongoing campaign management. If you need ongoing SEO, AI search or website growth, those services are scoped separately and can work alongside the pilot.

How is this different from marketing workflow consulting?

AI marketing consultancy compares opportunities across the marketing function and chooses where AI belongs. Marketing workflow consulting focuses on improving a specific process, such as briefs, approvals or reporting, including steps where conventional automation is more suitable.

Will AI-generated content improve our rankings?

Using AI is not a ranking result. Content still needs a useful purpose, accurate sources, editorial judgement and appropriate technical foundations. We measure search performance and enquiries separately from how quickly a draft was produced.

Can you build the recommended automation?

Yes, through a separately defined implementation scope covering access, integrations, testing and handover. Discovery may also recommend a simpler process change, clearer ownership or better measurement before a build.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring one repeated task, a representative redacted example, the tools involved and the person who reviews the result. We can then discuss the problem and the evidence needed to scope a useful first step.

Start with one repeated marketing task

Tell us about the problem and what has prompted the conversation. Jon replies personally and will recommend a proportionate first step.
