Jon Goodey in conversation during a practical team workshop
Founder-led and grounded in the room

The questions people actually ask shape the session.

Jon works directly with the team, using its roles, documents and live challenges to make the material useful beyond the workshop.

The aim is not tool excitement. It is a shared method people can repeat, review and improve once they are back at work.

Built around real work

A useful programme, not a generic tool tour

The exact examples change by team, but the programme is grounded in the following practical areas.

01

How Claude works

Understand what the model does well, where it is unreliable and how to choose an appropriate task.

02

Prompting with context

Give Claude a clear role, source material, constraints, format and quality bar for more dependable results.

03

Projects and reusable instructions

Organise recurring work with shared context, knowledge and instructions rather than starting again each time.

04

Documents, analysis and artefacts

Practise drafting, comparison, synthesis, data interpretation and structured output using work-like examples.

05

Quality checking

Use source checks, review criteria and human sign-off to prevent confident but unsuitable output reaching a client or decision-maker.

06

Safe team adoption

Agree what can be shared, when to redact, who owns the output and how strong examples become team resources.

How the engagement works

  1. 1

    Pre-session brief

We gather roles, current experience, approved tools and examples of repeated work.

  2. 2

    Tailored live session

The team learns through demonstrations and exercises based on realistic tasks.

  3. 3

    Reusable working method

Participants create prompts, checks and templates they can apply after the session.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

We capture questions, identify deeper opportunities and agree whether further support is useful.

Questions teams ask

Is this official Anthropic training?

No. This is independent, practitioner-led training from Indexify. It focuses on using Claude effectively in business work and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Anthropic.

Do participants need a paid Claude account?

Not always. We agree the setup before the session. For features such as shared Projects or enterprise controls, your organisation may need an appropriate Claude plan.

Can the training use our own documents?

Yes, where your policy and account setup allow it. We can also use redacted or representative material when confidentiality makes direct use inappropriate.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. The session can start with fundamentals or move quickly into advanced, role-specific workflows. We normally group participants with broadly similar needs.

Can you cover Claude alongside ChatGPT?

Yes. The broader AI training programme compares tools and teaches transferable methods. This page is for teams that specifically want to adopt Claude well.
