Private ChatGPT workshops from £475 + VAT

ChatGPT training for business, from prompts to adopted workflows.

Independent, practical ChatGPT and OpenAI training for UK teams. Learn to use Projects, files, data and reusable workflows with clear quality checks and safe working boundaries.

ChatGPT workspace in practice

Build a reusable workflow, not another isolated chat.

The team learns how to organise context, work with approved files and data, and place a human review gate before an output is used.

Projects, custom GPTs, collaboration and administrative controls depend on the organisation’s ChatGPT plan and workspace configuration.

Team workspace

Approved workflow board

01

Project context

Purpose, sources and constraints

Set the recurring objective, approved knowledge and output requirements once, then maintain them as the work develops.

02

Files and data

Compare, analyse and explain

Use suitable documents and tables to produce a traceable analysis rather than an unsupported answer.

03

Review gate

Draft, check, approve

Test sources, omissions and suitability before a person approves the result for use.

Jon Goodey, Founder of Indexify

Jon’s background spans software development, statistical analysis and marketing intelligence. His ChatGPT work includes research systems, file and data analysis, reusable instructions, content operations and workflow design.

Jon works directly with the team to turn one recurring task into a structured workspace with clear inputs, review criteria and ownership. The session includes the failure points that a generic prompt demonstration often leaves out.

Indexify publishes client claims only when the client has approved them and the evidence supports the result.

Built around real work

A useful programme, not a generic tool tour

The exact examples change by team, but the programme is grounded in the following practical areas.

01

Where ChatGPT fits

Understand what ChatGPT does well, where it can mislead and how available capabilities depend on your plan and workspace configuration.

  • Choose an appropriate task
  • Recognise model limits
  • Confirm the features available to your team
02

Prompting with purpose

Define the objective, provide evidence and constraints, specify the output, then apply a practical draft, check, approve review gate.

  • Build a repeatable prompt structure
  • Separate evidence from instructions
  • Review before an output is used
03

Projects and reusable context

Organise recurring work with Projects, reusable instructions and shared context where the chosen plan and permissions allow.

  • Set useful Project instructions
  • Organise approved knowledge
  • Maintain a shared team method
04

Files, data and research

Compare documents, analyse tables, structure findings and distinguish supported evidence from inference.

  • Compare long documents
  • Analyse a spreadsheet
  • Check sources and unsupported claims
05

Custom GPTs and repeatable workflows

Design a reusable team workflow or custom GPT brief where the workspace plan and permissions support it.

  • Define the task and users
  • Set knowledge and instruction boundaries
  • Build in review and ownership
06

Safe workspace use and adoption

Set data boundaries, understand relevant workspace controls, assign owners and define how useful adoption could be reviewed.

  • Classify information before use
  • Clarify admin and approval responsibilities
  • Choose proportionate adoption measures
Indicative half-day agenda

Four hours with a clear purpose

Preparation determines which exercises receive the most time. This outline makes the learning sequence clear before you book.

  1. 00:00 to 00:30

Business fit, workspace and data boundaries

Map ChatGPT to suitable work, confirm the available setup and establish what must not be shared.

  2. 00:30 to 01:10

    Prompting and the review gate

Build a prompt from purpose, evidence, constraints and output requirements, then apply draft, check and approve.

  3. 01:10 to 01:50

    Projects and reusable context

Organise recurring work with approved context and instructions that the team can maintain.

  4. 01:50 to 02:00

    Break

A short pause before the applied file and research exercises.

  5. 02:00 to 03:00

Files, data, research and source checks

Practise comparison, analysis and evidence-led synthesis using suitable material.

  6. 03:00 to 03:35

Custom GPT or shared workflow design

Turn a recurring task into a reusable brief with clear knowledge, instruction and review boundaries.

  7. 03:35 to 04:00

    Safe adoption and review plan

Assign owners, capture the strongest method and outline suitable 30, 60 and 90-day review questions.

Professional-services workflows

Practise on the work your team has to review

The session is designed for teams whose work depends on research, judgement, documents and clear communication, not a technical certification.

Research and decision memo

Turn a brief into research tasks, organise sources and separate evidence from interpretation.

Document or policy comparison

Compare contracts, policies, versions or submissions against explicit criteria and surface material differences.

Spreadsheet and data analysis

Explore a table, test the interpretation and explain the result in language the intended reader can use.

Report gap review

Check a draft against the brief, locate missing evidence and produce a focused revision list.

Proposal or marketing brief

Create a structured first draft from approved material, with an explicit human approval stage.

Meeting actions and decisions

Convert suitable notes into owners, actions, dependencies and unanswered questions.

Custom GPT or workflow brief

Define users, knowledge, instructions, boundaries, test cases and ownership for a repeatable workflow.

Adoption scorecard

Choose suitable indicators for useful, approved use without accessing private conversations.

The AI tool supports the process. It does not replace professional judgement, legal review or client sign-off.

How the engagement works

  1. 1

    Pre-session needs brief

We gather roles, current experience, account setup, approved tools and examples of repeated work.

  2. 2

    Material and privacy check

We decide what can be used directly, what should be redacted and where representative material is safer.

  3. 3

    Tailored live training

The team learns through demonstrations and exercises selected for its work rather than a generic product tour.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

We capture reusable methods, named owners and an optional 30, 60 and 90-day review design appropriate to the available workspace data.

Questions teams ask

How much does ChatGPT training for a business team cost?

A focused four-hour workshop starts at £475 plus VAT for up to 10 people. A six-hour applied workshop starts at £975 plus VAT. A two-day adoption programme starts at £1,795 plus VAT. Travel, venue hire, specialist preparation, extra facilitation and larger cohorts are confirmed before booking.

Is this official OpenAI training?

No. Indexify is an independent training provider and is not endorsed by or affiliated with OpenAI.

Which ChatGPT account or workspace do we need?

That depends on the workflows, controls and collaboration features the team needs. Capabilities vary by plan and workspace configuration. The scoping conversation confirms what is available before the session.

Can we use our own documents?

Yes, where appropriate. We agree the data boundaries first and can use redacted, non-sensitive or representative material when direct use is not suitable.

Is the training suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. The training starts with practical foundations and moves into reusable team workflows. We normally group participants with broadly similar needs so the exercises remain useful.

Can you train more than 10 people?

Yes. Ten people is the standard group size for hands-on participation. Larger cohorts or multiple sessions are scoped separately to protect practice and review time.

Does the course provide a certification?

No. The focus is practical capability and reusable business workflows rather than a technical qualification or OpenAI certification.

Should our workspace owner or administrator attend?

For workspace controls, governance or adoption measurement, the relevant owner or administrator should join the scoping conversation and appropriate parts of the training.

How can ChatGPT adoption be measured?

The team can define a baseline and an optional 30, 60 and 90-day review. Suitable measures may include approved workflow use, review-gate compliance and staff confidence. Available workspace analytics depend on the plan and admin access. Indexify does not access private conversations as part of standard training.

Can you deliver ChatGPT training in London or elsewhere in the UK?

Yes. Training is available online or onsite across the UK. London delivery can take place at your office in the City, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch or another suitable location.
