Published pricing

What an AI readiness audit costs.

Fixed fees, named outputs and a decision point at the end. No day rates, no open-ended engagements, and no quote-on-request for the one thing every buyer wants to compare.

When we researched published UK AI consultancy pricing in August 2026, only three of seven named providers published anything at all. This page exists so you can compare us properly.

How we price

Four commitments behind these numbers

Fixed fee, not a day rate

You are buying a defined assessment with named outputs and a decision point, not an open-ended block of time. The scope is agreed before we start and the fee does not move unless you change the scope.

A stopping point is built in

Every engagement ends with a decision, including the decision not to proceed. Finding out that the data is not usable, or that no owner exists for the workflow, is a legitimate and much cheaper outcome than discovering it mid-build.

You keep the method

The scorecard, prompt set and use-case register are yours. You can re-run the assessment yourself later, with or without us.

Founder-led

The person who scopes the work is the person who does it. There is no hand-off between sales, strategy and delivery, which is where most of the cost and most of the drift usually sits.

Check us against the market

We would rather be compared than taken on trust.

Our benchmark records what named UK providers publish, the AI readiness day rates on the Government G-Cloud framework, and live UK contractor rates. Every figure names its source.

Questions about pricing

Why publish prices at all?

Because most UK AI consultancies do not, and that makes the market hard to buy from. When we researched published UK pricing in August 2026, only three of seven named providers published anything, and no big four firm published AI engagement pricing on its own website. If you cannot compare, you cannot make an informed decision, and we would rather be compared than shortlisted blind.

What does "from" actually mean?

It is the starting point for that scope, and it is what most engagements of that shape cost. It moves if the number of teams, the sensitivity of the data or the depth of the governance work changes. We confirm the fee in writing before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards unless you change the scope.

How do these compare with the rest of the UK market?

Our published UK pricing benchmark sets out what other named providers publish, including UK Government G-Cloud rate cards and live contractor day rates. We would rather you checked us against it than took our word for it.

What about the other services?

Training, technical SEO, analytics and ongoing support are scoped around the team, the systems and the outcome, so a single published figure would be misleading. Describe what you are trying to improve and you will get a written scope and a fixed fee.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All figures exclude VAT.

Not sure which scope fits?

Describe the teams, the workflow and the decision you are trying to make. We will tell you the smallest assessment that can answer it, and say so if the answer is none.
